Upcoming Nottingham artist Gallery 47 releases new track

Nottingham’s very own Jack Peachey aka Gallery 47 returns with another slice of heartfelt, poetic folk with new track ‘Some Of You Don’t Get It’. The song is taken from Peachey’s forthcoming third album ‘Clean’, set for release on 11th November 2016 via AWAL / Bad Production Records. The track premiered on Folk Radio UK and is available to listen on Gallery 47’s Soundcloud page.

‘Clean’ is Jack’s third album, and a clear departure from his previous release, 2014’s ‘All Will Be Well’. His latest album does mirror the latter however, by expressing his new found peace following both difficulties with relationships and personal health through songs like ‘Never Alone’ and ‘Dream Real’. Despite his youth, Jack has shown his impressive ability to reflect on personal experiences which could easily be compared to the likes of Bob Dylan’s raw writing style.

Amongst Jack’s supporters are BBC Radio 2‘s Bob Harris, BBC 6music’s Tom Robinson, BBC Radio Nottingham’s Dean Jackson, The Guardian, Drowned in Sound and Folk Radio to name a few. Gallery 47 has also supported a number of well-established acts like Paul WellerAlice Phoebe LouIan McCulloch and Andrew Montgomery as well as playing on the BBC Introducing stage at T in the Park. From the looks of things, Jack Peachey is certainly yet another exciting prospect to come out of Nottingham and well worth keeping an eye on.
